Cybersmart Aquatics Swim Plans – Customised Coaching & Training Options for All Levels

Choose the right swim plan

Select the programme your coach has recommended, then choose the monthly or prepaid payment period and the required quantity. Check the selected option, period and total before adding it to your cart. The amount shown for a prepaid option covers the full period selected.

New swimmer or unsure of your level? Start with a free assessment. The club must confirm your programme, available session times and starting date. Buying a plan does not by itself confirm a place or a particular lesson time.

Payment and attendance

Pay in advance under your selected monthly or prepaid option, by the agreed due date. Fees reserve your agreed programme place; they are not charged per lesson attended. Planned public holidays do not ordinarily reduce a monthly fee. Statutory remedies remain available where the club does not supply an agreed service.

Missed lessons and make-ups

Learn-to-Swim make-ups are subject to availability and the eligibility rules in section B2 of the Terms. Each swimmer may receive one free make-up for a qualifying missed lesson per calendar month, allocated to the month of the original absence and attended within 30 days of that lesson. Unused monthly allowances do not accumulate. Illness requires a doctor’s note; other absences require at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional make-ups, where available, carry the disclosed R75 fee. Your account must be up to date. A cancelled or missed make-up is forfeited.

If Cybersmart Aquatics cancels a lesson, the replacement is free and does not use your monthly make-up allowance. See section B2 for the complete rules.

Cancellation, changes and refunds

Send cancellation requests to swim@cybersmartaquatics.com. Month-to-month membership requires one calendar month’s written notice, subject to applicable law. Fixed-term cancellation rights, any lawful cancellation amount and the treatment of unused prepaid fees are governed by section B8 and applicable law. Non-attendance alone does not cancel a plan. Club action or termination is handled under section B10; an immediate safety intervention does not automatically forfeit prepaid fees.

Ongoing monthly fee changes are notified at least one calendar month in advance, or longer where the law requires. A general increase does not retrospectively change an agreed prepaid period. A R450 reactivation fee applies when a former member rejoins, as explained in section B9.

Important swimming risk notice

Swimming can cause drowning, serious injury or death. Cybersmart Aquatics does not provide lifeguard supervision. Enter the water only with your coach’s permission during your authorised session. Coaching and swimming ability do not remove the risks.

Read before purchasing and participating

Swimming services are covered by section B of our Terms, together with the relevant general provisions, the House Rules and the participation acknowledgement. This product summary does not replace those documents or remove statutory rights. Complete the appropriate enrolment or participation acknowledgement before entering the water; adding a plan to your cart is not a substitute for that process.
