• Organic Superfood Blend (Kale, Spinach, Wheatgrass, Broccoli, Spirulina, Blueberry, Pomegranate and Coconut Powders): Supports vitality and performance, fights inflammation and is nutrient rich.

• Protein and Amino Acid Blend (Whey Protein, Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides (Type 1 bovine), Pea Protein): This blend promotes lean muscle growth and repair. Consuming protein induces a rise in muscle protein synthesis in the body, optimising physical performance and assisting recovery processes for resistance training and endurance exercise.

1. Collagen: assists with joint and connective tissue rejuvenation. Muscular contractions during exercise are dependent on creatine. Creatine is made of three amino acids, glycine, methionine and arginine. Collagen protein is rich in glycine and arginine, which may support the synthesis of creatine in the body and potentially improve performance.

      2. Whey Protein: is the protein fraction of whey, a liquid that separates from milk during cheese production. It is a complete, high quality          protein containing all the essential amino acids and is especially rich in the BCAA leucine, the most anabolic or growth promoting of the amino      acids. It is absorbed from the gut very quickly compared to other proteins. Other benefits: may balance blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol, and reduce c-reactive protein in the blood, thereby bringing down inflammation.

3. Pea Protein: is isolated from legumes, versatile and nutrient rich. It contains all 9 essential amino-acids, and in combination with whey protein and collagen provides a complete and balanced spectrum of essential and non-essential amino acids to fuel muscle recovery, repair and growth. It can boost energy levels by fuelling you with nutrients and it helps with muscle repair.

Branched Chain Amino Acids (L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine): These promote muscle tissue repair and recovery. Contrary to most other amino-acids, BCAAs are mostly broken down in the muscle, rather than the liver, therefore playing a role in energy production during exercise. L-Valine and L-Isoleucine may help regulate blood sugar levels by preserving liver and muscle sugar stores and stimulating cells to take up sugar from the bloodstream. L-Leucine has a bigger impact on the body’s capacity to build muscle proteins. In athletes, BCAAs can help reduce exercise fatigue and muscle soreness.

L-Glutamine: Glutamine taken up by the muscle cells acts to draw fluid into the cells, thereby increasing muscle cell hydration and volume, which in turn facilitates improved recovery and muscle fibre growth. Glutamine also enhances replenishment of muscle glycogen stores after exercise. Taking L-Glutamine can mean less fatigue and less muscle breakdown.

LactoSpore® Probiotics: About 70% of the immune system is located in the gut and probiotics have been shown to promote a healthy immune response. Some active people struggle with immune depression due to excessive training, stress and environmental extremes like prolonged time spent in heat. This may knock the immune system and increase gut permeability. LactoSpore® probiotics can improve the integrity of the gut-barrier
function, decrease inflammation, boost the immune system and
assist with improved absorption of nutrients.

Essential Vitamins: This blend contains Vitamin A, C, D, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, Folic Acid, Biotin, Nicotinamide and Pantothenic Acid to support wellbeing.

Chromium Picolinate: Chromium potentiates the effects of insulin thereby improving glucose, amino acid and fat metabolism. Optimising insulin metabolism through chromium supplementation in athletes can thereby result in improved energy levels, increases in lean body mass and decreased body fat.
